Our client is currently working on the replacements of the old Relays-based interlocking by new electronic interlocking systems and the implementation of ETCS L2. Beside the implementation, a part of the project is also a complete training program to the final infrastructure manager, consistent of maintenance, operator and process trainings.
As Instructor Rail Automation Maintenance Trainings you will give training to customer employees installation and maintenance of equipment’s and systems of the ‘ETCS L2 + IL project’.
- Give classroom trainings (theory) and on site trainings (practice) at customer location to customer employees in either Dutch or French. Trainings cover ETCS & Interlocking systems, including power supply & network.
- Give classroom trainings on ETCS & Interlocking systems to internal project team members.
- Develop and Maintain training documentation in collaboration with Rail Automation Training Academy in Braunschweig and internal training designers team.
- Cooperation with training manager on training content and planning
- Participate in Test and Maintenance activities in periods when no trainings are planned (daytime, nighttime, weekends)
- Master’s Degree in Engineering in the field of electronics, telecommunications, software, infrastructure, mechanics, electricity or construction
- Understand and analyze technical training documentation and be able to translate it to classroom audiences
- High Communication skills
- Hands-on & technical affection
- Flexibility in regards to people/training participants
- Familiar with interlocking/signaling principles and components
- Fluent in Dutch and French mandatory and good level of English
- Experience as trainer or as test or maintenance engineer in signalling projects is a plus
- 1 to 3 years of experience
