By becoming a consultant at IKOS, you will practice your project management and technical studies on the sites of key players in the rail and energy sector. You will be the reference point for your customer. With your work, you will present custom-made technical solutions and monitor their implementation. As an ambassador for IKOS, you may also become involved in our admin by participating in events.
Depending on your wishes and talent, you may be able to become involved in the training of the engineers in university, who join us, in innovation projects, which we create at IKOS by developing your activity with customers. If you have the soul of an entrepreneur, IKOS can offer development of our activities through our teams in France and abroad. You will gain skills over the three month training at the IKOS Management Institute on the different aspects of the job. As well as on-field expertise. Supported by your coach, youwill become responsible for managing your own business unit.
As a project engineer, you contribute to the growth of IKOS by offering solutions to the technical issues of our partners. You will recruit your team of consultants and closely monitor, manage their careers, while supporting them in the implementation of their projects.
