- Recruitment: you will recruit your own teams, assisting them at every stage (sourcing, interviews, preparing for customer meetings, handing over contracts),
- Business Development: you will prospect new accounts, develop clients’ relationships and maintain the qualitative image of IKOS in the railway and/or Energy sector.
- Management: You will support your teams on a daily basis to ensure their development within IKOS and increase in skills.
Following in-house training on the various aspects of the business and our areas of expertise, you will quickly gain the required skills and become responsible for managing your own profit center.
- You have a Master's degree in an engineering field. Ideally, you also have an additional degree in Management and/or an entrepreneurial spirit
- Your full work proficiency English allows you to communicate at a technical and commercial level on a daily basis. If you speak French as an additional language, it's definitely an asset
- You have a strong interest in projects that combine business development, technological innovation and managerial responsibilities.
- You're tenacious and inventive, with a good resistance to stress. You have the ability to adapt to different situations. You have strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.
- Good organizational skills and excellent management of priorities are also essential for this position.
- Above all, we're looking for an engineer with technical curiosity, motivated to move into more cross-functional roles.
